Slides with X-shape quiding ways that lessen gaps between themselves while warm forging, and hot forging, so that the product precision is improved.
With Slide Lock Pump Unit so that you can solve the problem of lock mold quickly.
The machine is equipped with temperature sensor that assists in rapid error detecting to prevent important machine parts damage.
Human-Machine interaction device ensures easy and quick operation and also prevents machine important parts from damage owing to improper operations.
Operator observes the numbers shown on the Load monitor during forging process. The machine stops while overloading.
Made-to-order production according to specifying strokes, S.P.M., shut height and so on.
The press can forge metal, copper, aluminum, special steel and so on.
